At CleanCut, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care to ensure that every laser consumable you purchase meets high standards of quality and performance.

Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only for unused, unopened, and undamaged products.
The request must be raised within 7 days of receiving your order.
Products that have been installed, used, or damaged due to mishandling are not eligible for return.
Custom or special-order items are non-returnable unless received in damaged condition.
Return Process
Initiate a Return:
Contact our support team at sales@cleancut.in or call XXXXX-XXXXX within 7 days of delivery.
Please include your order number, product name, and a brief description of the issue.
Approval & Instructions:
Once your return request is reviewed, our team will provide return shipping instructions and the return address.
Send the Product Back:
Pack the product securely in its original packaging and ship it back to us using a trackable courier service.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping fees and payment gateway charges are non-refundable.
If your product was purchased during a discount or promotional offer, the refund will be calculated based on the amount paid after the discount.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We may request photos or videos for verification. Once confirmed, we’ll offer a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
Non-Returnable Items
Installed or used laser consumables (e.g., lenses, nozzles, ceramic rings)
Products damaged after delivery due to improper handling
Items without original packaging or missing components
Custom orders or clearance items
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, the standard return policy applies.
